Payment & Ownership

These terms of service govern your use of the RDS Studio website and services. By accessing or using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging RDS Studio for web development, digital marketing, SEO, automation or related services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. RDS Studio provides custom web development, WordPress and React website builds, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing management, SEO services, AI chatbot and agent development, and business automation. Project scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins, and any changes to scope are documented and quoted separately. Clients retain ownership of the websites, content and custom code delivered as part of a completed project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hosting, maintenance and ongoing service plans are billed on the schedule agreed at signup and may be cancelled with notice as specified in your service agreement. RDS Studio is not liable for third-party service outages, including hosting providers, payment gateways, advertising platforms or APIs we integrate with on a client's behalf. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Payment terms, including deposit amounts and milestone schedules, are set out in each project's quote or invoice and are due as specified there. Late payment may result in a pause of ongoing work or services until the account is settled. All content, code and designs remain the intellectual property of RDS Studio until final payment is received, after which ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the project scope. Cancellation of an in-progress project is possible with written notice; work completed up to that point is billed at the agreed rate, and any prepaid deposit for undelivered work is refunded less costs already incurred.
